Thank you for shopping at Getitdropship. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth experience.

1 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in unused, original condition with packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@getitdropship.com with your order number and reason for return.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, underwear, swimwear)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products

3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time to process.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@getitdropship.com.

5 Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no cost.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@getitdropship.com.

6 Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email: support@getitdropship.com for return confirmation or shipping labels. 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

7 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
